Every vacation comes with some things to keep in mind – for a better overview, we have clearly listed all the valuable information below.

General Information

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Arrivals after 7:00 PM: please notify us by phone.
• Payment: cash, EC card, or Visa/MasterCard.
• Tourist tax: € 3.10 per person/day (free for children under 14).

General Cancellation Policy

• For a confirmed booking, we kindly ask our guests for a deposit of € 200 per room.
• Up to 14 days before arrival, only the deposit will be retained; no additional cancellation fees will apply.
• In case of no-show, cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, the booked room will be charged.

Dogs Welcome!
Four-legged friends are not only allowed – they are warmly welcomed!
For € 25.00 per night, your dog can accompany you during your stay. They are welcome in the restaurant, on the breakfast terrace, in the lobby, and even at our small pool (on a leash). The quiet pool and wellness area remain dog-free so all guests can relax undisturbed.
Our little Toy Poodle Leo is excited to meet new friends. For us, dogs are simply part of the family!

Children & Families
Families are warmly welcomed, yet we have consciously created plenty of space for relaxation. There are no entertainment programs or playrooms, but plenty of open space and peace. Our breakfast offers sweet highlights for children, we provide the best excursion tips, and three adventure playgrounds in the village invite kids to play.
Children’s Prices:
Prices apply when children stay in the parents’ room with two full-paying adults.

• 6-12 years - € 60.00
• 12-17 years - € 70.00

“Shh”-Time at the Pool
Our 25-meter heated pool is a true quiet zone. Here, guests can swim, relax, or enjoy the view of the garden. A smaller pool is also available for a quick cool-down. We thank everyone for respecting the peaceful atmosphere. Families with children are kindly asked to help ensure a relaxed environment for everyone.

Feel the freedom – with us, you set the pace.
Instead of a fixed all-inclusive program, we leave all options open: time for mountain hikes, city strolls, or simply taking a deep breath.
The hut hosts are happy to warmly welcome you along the way and invite you to traditional breaks.
Back in the valley, our restaurant Buss‘l & more, right at the village square and just steps from the hotel, offers cozy meals – both lunch and dinner. Alternatively, you can explore the many charming cafés and inns in the area.
For a relaxing break, our terrace or your room is perfect for enjoying a snack – optionally with a freshly prepared TO GO pizza from Buss‘l & more.
