On previous enquiry it is certainly possible to bring your dog along: we charge € 10,00 per day for your dog. Payment options: cash or via cash-card. In case of non-compliance with your booking, cancelling, delayed arrival and untimely departure the booked room will be charged.

Our farmhouse is equipped as follows:

• Parking lot in front of the house under shady grape-vine
• A snug lounge with a fireplace
• A reading area and library
• Daily current newspapers
• WLAN in the entire house
• Breakfast buffet with flavoursome rolls, croissants, yogurt, muesli, nuts, fresh fruit, homemade jelly, fresh fruit juices and local cheese- and sausage specialities.
• A cosy, shady patio
• Heated open air pool with large sunbathing area amidst Mediterranean bushes and olive trees
• House bar
• Balcony, shower, lavatory, flat screen satellite TV, WLAN, direct dial telephone, radio, safe-deposit, makeup mirror, hairdryer and bathrobe included in every room
• In the evenings dinner a`la carte in our restaurant „Bussl & More“ (gourmet dining, pizza, Italian pasta, Mediterranean salads, homemade desserts, exquisite wine)
• Our guests are offered our welcoming aperitif in our restaurant „Buss’l & More“, situated directly at the village square of Partschins, 2 walking minutes away from our hotel.
